Tehle Ross
Co-Head of Consulting
Tehle Ross is a sophomore from Baltimore, Maryland studying Psychology and Government. Tehle decided to join BSG because of its unique focus on behavioral economics, a field that combines her interests in social psychology, international relations, and economics. As a first-year, Tehle led two consulting cases as Case Team Lead, the first with a Middle Eastern education non-profit and the second with a STEM kit company. On campus, Tehle lives in Eliot House and is involved in various extracurricular organizations, including serving as the Director of Small Events for Harvard Undergraduate Women in Business, writing for The Crimson, and giving tours as a member of the Crimson Key Society. During the summer of 2024, she interned with the Baltimore City Public Schools Office of Communications, Engagement, and Enrollment. In her free time, Tehle likes to read historical fiction novels, hike, and search for the best chai latte in a five-mile radius.
